ESD Packaging

We have 2 complete certified ESD work stations. Each station is tested on an annual basis by an outside testing lab and is used daily under the same stringent requirements as electronic manufacturing facilities. 

All our personnel are trained in ESD material handling and work station use. We are using the latest 3M ESD monitoring equipment with continual ground loop wrist straps. We also employ the use of ESD jackets and finger cots.

We can give your ESD items the simple pack, or we can custom cut plastic sleeves to individually protect microcircuits. Custom cut static free conductive foam is used to protect any circuit legs. 

If you have been having problems getting your 5962 FSC group (DNA) parts thru DLA Columbus, our packs have been accepted.
