1) How do I get started?

- Send us an e-mail with the contract / solicitation along with a description of the item, including weights and dimensions. We will get right back to you with an estimate.

2) Do you handle source inspections?

- Yes we do.

3) How long does it take to pack and ship?

- Normal turn around time is 1-3 business days.

4) How do we get our product to you?

- You can drop it off, ship it in, or in some cases we can arrange to pick it up.

5) Why should we use Kondor?

- We have over 50 years of combined experience with our staff shipping material to the US Military. We have most shipping supplies in stock and we have the equipment to make as few as 1 custom carton. Let us keep up on all the latest specification and computer changes so you can concentrate on selling your product.

6) Do you handle First Article and PLT shipments?

- Yes, we can process them and ship them out and when approved, do your billing.

7) What paperwork do we get back?

- You will get an invoice, certificate of conformance, copy of the WAWF and all tracking information e-mailed directly to you within a few days of shipment.

8) How do I know my product has shipped and billed?

- You will get an electronic copy of the shipping document e-mailed to you.
